The layoffs stem from at least two clients’ decisions to reduce the level of customer and technical support they had outsourced to Accent Marketing said Kevin Foley company president and CEO. Accent Marketing did not lose any contracts and its New Albany contact center continues to serve eight clients in various industry sectors including manufacturing retail health care and insurance.
